Kalba Public library, affiliated to Sharjah Book Authority, organised on 16 December, a development session titled "Organise Your Life by Organising Your Goals in the Japanese way".

Hosted by the trainer accredited to the "Kaizen" project, which is the Japanese quality system, Aisha Hilal Al Junaibi, 

and aimed at shedding light on the project, the Japanese society and the concept of "ikigai" (self-exploration) .

Al Junaibi highlighted the importance of being modified in the life even in the simplest matters, underscoring the need to record ideas, projects and achievements in order to facilitate their realisation and access.

 

Al Junaibi introduced the Kaizen Project, which is used in practical and life aspects, explaining that this programme is based on 

arrangement and organisation, indicating that is one of the systems in Japan used in various details of life.
