Dr. Ali Al-Zaabi, Administrative and Financial Deputy Assistant Director of the University of Sharjah Branches, stressed the importance of the family's role in building children's values and behaviors, in addition to its responsibility for raising generations, achieving social solidarity, and consolidating the moral, human and cultural values of its members.

This came during the virtual session organised by the Khorfakkan Public Library (KPL), affiliated to the Sharjah Book Authority, as part of a series of dialogue sessions held by Sharjah Libraries this February on human development, self-development, culture and education, with the participation of a group of experts and specialists.

At the beginning of the session, which was held through the "Zoom"application, Al Zaabi spoke about the concept of the family in the thought of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, indicating that it is the core and essence of society.

Dr. Al-Zaabi focused on the internal structure of the individual, which necessarily leads to building a conscious family, stressing the importance of the role of the family in controlling their children due to the openness to global media.
