"Sharjah Book Authority" introduces the secrets of excellence

Sharjah Book Authority in the Eastern Region hosted the life coach Hamad Eghdani, in a training workshop held at Dibba Al Hisn Public Library, aimed at introducing employees in government institutions and private departments to the secrets of excellence in personal and professional life.
During the workshop, the life coach relied asked participants questions about the concept and forms of success, the person’s life path, the obstacles preventing success, ways to overcome obstacles.
The workshop tackled creativity in overcoming the challenges of practical life through the ability to understand the causes and propose appropriate solutions, and self-development by acquiring new skills, in addition to enable individuals to achieve their vision to reach their goals.
Coach Hamad Eghdani considered that obstacles are usually classified as family, career, financial and health obstacles that may prevent individuals from reaching their ambition and practicing their passion.
Eghdani focused on the importance of knowing the inner self and abilities, and benefiting from studies to achieve the education equation, investing information within a clear vision and strong decisions that lead to success.
The coach also touched on the importance of setting goals in line with future visions, reviewing the obstacles that stand in the way of the individual, reviewing daily activities, and re-evaluating the usefulness or value of things or activities that must be abandoned to achieve other benefits. .
As part of activities held by the Sharjah Book Authority in the Eastern Region, the Wadi Al Helo Public Library will host another workshop entitled "Character Analysis", on the 22nd of September, presented by coach Saif Al Falasi.
On September 28, the Kalba Public Library will host a workshop entitled "Professional Personality", presented by coach Obaid Al Ketbi, an expert in government work and leadership programmes, targeting employees in government institutions and private departments in the Eastern Region.
By organising training workshops and sessions, the Sharjah Book Authority in the Eastern Region seeks to instill the concept of continuous learning among professionals and individuals, by enhancing their professional capabilities, stimulating entrepreneurship, and working with innovative methodologies reflected in the performance of their institutions and their social environment.
